1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ROLO ("the App"), operated by Amiko LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ROLO is a professional networking application that enables users to exchange contact information and professional details through in-person connections using Near Field Communication (NFC) technology. The App facilitates the creation and sharing of digital business cards.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use ROLO
• You must provide accurate, current information when creating your profile
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You may not impersonate others or create accounts for anyone other than yourself
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Share false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts
• Use the App to spam, solicit, or send unsolicited communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Collect or store other users' personal information without consent
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App

5. Content and Data

• You retain ownership of the information you provide to ROLO
• By using the App, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your information to provide the service
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your profile information
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms

6. In-Person Connection Requirement

• ROLO connections can only be made through in-person NFC exchanges
• You agree to only connect with individuals you have personally met
• Attempting to circumvent the in-person requirement is prohibited

7. Privacy

Your use of ROLO is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

• The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App
• "ROLO" and associated marks are our trademarks (trademark application pending)

9. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Inactive accounts (180+ days)
• Any other reason at our discretion

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

11. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of user-provided information
• Security of data transmission
• Compatibility with all devices
• That the App will meet your specific needs

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from user interactions or connections made through the App
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or $100 if no payment)

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Information you provide or share through the App

14. Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of New York
• Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Queens, New York
• You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Miscellaneous

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us
• If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
• These Terms may not be assigned by you
